摘要 通过对海蓬子秸秆显微观察表明,海蓬子秸秆结构为散孔。导管单穿孔,导管壁纹孔为具缘纹孔;薄壁组织稀少,几乎不见。木纤维壁薄,为韧型纤维;对海蓬子秸秆化学组成成分分析表明,海蓬子的化学成分与木材相似,主要是纤维素、半纤维素和木质素;秸秆综纤维素含量为57.21%,木质素含量为20.11%,灰分含量为6.27%。由电子自旋共振仪测得,海蓬子秸秆碎料的自由基浓度高于海蓬子秸秆的自由基浓度。经粉碎后,海蓬子秸秆形态变小,自由基浓度增加,更利于提高其胶合强度。傅立叶红外光谱分析表明,海蓬子秸秆结构中含-CH_3、-CH_2、-OH及-C=O等官能团,经粉碎后,羟基缔合程度有所降低,游离羟基数目有所增加;表面自由能的测定表明,海蓬子碎料的表面自由能约为26.4ml/m^2,远低于木材,但是高于稻草。 The micrograph of salicornia stalk shows it has diffuse porous structure;its vessels are small with simple perforation,and there are bordred pits between vessels;parenchyma tissues are barely visible;and wood fibers are thin-walled and are of libriform type. The chemical composition of saliconia stalk, which is analyzed according to National Stardard, shows its holocellulose,lignin and ash are 57.21% ,23.11% and 6.27% respectively. Electron Spin Resonance test results show that the consistency of flee redicals of the particle made of smashed salicornia stalk is 2 times as much as that of the stalk. The fact points out that along with the size of the stalk lowerd, the consistency of free redieals increases, which is benificial to its bonding strength. FT-IR spectrum proves functional groups of - CH3 , - CH2, - OH and - C = O exist in the structure of the stalk, and the quantity of free - OH of the particle ( smashed stalk) increases compared with the virgin stalk. The surface free energy of salicornia particles is about 26.4 mJ/m2, much lower than that of wood, but higher than rice straw.
