摘要
本文应用ＭＴＴ法对１５例骨肉瘤患者进行了药敏试验，并根据试验结果进行手术前后的选择性化疗，以另外１７例未药敏试验患者的非选择性化疗作对照。药敏试验结果显示，不同个体对同一药物及同一药物对不同个体的敏感性不相同；临床治疗结果表明，同样手术条件下，选择性化疗组２年生存率大于非选择性化疗组（Ｐ＜０．０５），且选择性化疗组中对ＥＰＢ、ＭＭＣ、ＣＢＰ敏感的个体化疗效果好。由此可见，ＭＴＴ法骨肉瘤细胞药敏试验对临床化疗药物的选择有指导意义。
The chemosensitivity of 15 cases of osteosarcoma was in vitro examined with MTT assay and the chemotherapy was performed before and after operation. The results were compared with another 17 patients without MTT assay.The MTT assay showed that the sensitivities were different either in each individual to a same drug or each drug to an individual. Clinical application also presented that the survival was more than two years longer in the sensitivity test group compared with that of the control group (P<0.05), and the results of sensitive individuals to EPB,MMC and CBP were better than that of nonsensitive. It can be concluded that the chemosensitivity test with MTT assay is useful for the choice of chemotherapeutic drugs for the osteosarcoma.
