脱水污泥制备的絮凝剂稳定性及对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除 被引量:14

摘要 对以城市污水处理厂脱水污泥为原料制备的生物絮凝剂的稳定性进行了考察.结果表明,该絮凝剂具有较好的储存稳定性、热稳定性和pH值稳定性.经测定,絮凝剂分子中含有40%多糖、35%蛋白质和10%核酸.红外光谱分析表明,絮凝剂分子中含有较多羟基和酰胺基.生物絮凝剂对水中Cr(Ⅵ)具有较高的去除率,当pH值为0.5-1.5,絮凝剂用量为900mg/L,絮凝5min即可达到80.4%的去除率. The stability of this bioflocculant from dehydrated sludge was studied. The partial properties measured indicated that the bioflocculant possesses high storage stability, thermal stability and pH stability. The bioflocculant was mainly composed of 40% polysaccharide, 35% protein and 10% nucleic acid. Infrared spectra analysis demonstrated the bioflocculant containd many hydroxyl and amide groups. The bioflocculant had a high removal of chromate, under the optimum conditions that pH range 0.5-1.5, dosages 900 mg/L, the removal rate of chromate got 80.4 % in 5 minutes.
