窦常之《文选》“所录皆前人作”说可信辨

On the Reliability of Dou Chang's View That All Works Collected in Wenxuan Are Written by Predecessors

《郡斋读书志》之"窦常谓",出窦氏《南薰集序》,其中的"其人既往"云云,引自《诗品序》。乔长阜先生否定《文选》"不录存者"说最"坚"之支撑乃由漏读而来,即《文选》与《玉台新咏》本分别收有王融文与徐陵诗,而其均说无,并以此作为立论之根据,故其否定是无力的。《文选》"所录皆前人作"说符合实际,就作为一个判断言,其本身并没有问题。这一点,对研究《文选》的成书时间来说,是极为重要的。

＂Dou Chang＇s remarks＂ of Reading Notes of Junzhai comes from Dou＇s Introduction to Nanxun Collection, in which the remark that ＂the author is no more＂ is from Introduction to Poetry. The ＂strongest＂ proof for Mr. Qiao Changfu＇ s denial that Wenxuan does not includes works by contemporary writers is due to the fact that he neglects the fact that Wenxuan and Yutaixinyong includes poems respectively by Wang Rongwen and Xu Ling. Therefore Qiao＇s proof is groundless and his denial is powerless. The view that all works collected in Wenxuan is true to facts, which is very important to the research on the compiling date of the book.
