University Journal Editors' Quality Requirements and Their Training under the Conditions of Knowledge Economy

知识经济时代的到来给高校学报编辑的素质提出了更高的要求。学报编辑要具有良好的职业道德素质,合理的知识结构,较强的信息素质和较强的创新素质。可以通过加强继续教育、鼓励编辑从事第一线科研工作、在编辑实践中提高以及自学成才等途径提高学报编辑的素质,以适应知识经济时代的要求。

With the coming of age of knowledge economy, university journal editors are required to possess higher quality. They should be possessed of sound professional ethics, reasonable knowledge structure, strong ability of collecting information and the power of innovation. To improve their quality and suit the demands of the age of knowledge economy, they should be encouraged to undertake further education, research in their own specific fields, editing practice and self-teaching.
