锰酸锶镧涂层制备工艺及电性能的研究 被引量:1

Preparation and electric properties of La_(1-x)Sr_xMnO_3 coating

摘要 用复合溶胶-凝胶法在氧化铝基底上制备了钙钛矿型La1-xSrxMnO3(x=0.2、0.3、0.4)复合氧化物涂层,通过扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)等手段对所获得的涂层表面形貌、相组成进行了分析,讨论了工艺参数对涂层结构的影响。结果表明工艺参数对涂层形貌和相组成影响较大,调节溶胶的pH值可以改善复合浆料的稳定性和提高涂层质量,溶胶中粉体加入量对涂层的导电性有影响。 The perovskite type complex oxide coating of La1-xSrxMnO3 (x = 0.2,0.3,0. 4) was deposited on aluminum oxide substrate by a compound sol-gel method. The morphology and phase composition of the coating were studied by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction techniques, and the effect of processing parameters on structure of coating was discussed. The results indicate that processing parameters have a significant influence on morphology and phase composition of the coating. Adjusting the pit value of sol can enhance the stability of compound slurry and the quality of coating, and the amount of powder added to sol has an influence on electrical property.
