WAB生物组织粘合剂用于兔板层角膜移植

摘要 目的探讨WAB生物组织粘合剂用于角膜移植的可行性。方法应用WAB生物组织粘合剂实行兔板层角膜移植实验20例(20眼),对照组常规缝线法兔角膜板层移植10例(10眼)。材料全部采用健康兔角膜4℃甘油保存30d。结果粘合法18只移植角膜愈合良好,完全透明,占90%。术后30d病理证实粘合剂完全吸收,其组织结构与对照组基本相同,两者难以区分。结论实验提示WAB生物组织粘合剂适用于板层角膜移植,它可减少手术时间,减少缝线对植床边缘的创伤。 ObjectiveTo investigate the feasibility of WAB biological adhesive for lamellar keratoplasty.MethodsExperimental lamellar keratoplasty was successfully performed with WAB biological adhesive in 20 rabbits (20 eyes).Routine suturing lamellar keratoplasty was performed as control group in 10 rabbits(10 eyes).The corneal grafts were all kept in glycerine at 4℃ for 30 d.Results18 of 20 corneal grafts(90%) were well healed.Histological observation indicated that biological adhesive was absorbed at 30 d postoperatively and corneal stroma structure in the test group was similar to the control group.ConclusionIt is suggested that WAB biological adhesive is suitable for lamellar keratoplasty.The operative duration can be reduced and the suturing damage to the edge of grafting bed can be decreased.
