摘要
为消除轴承钢中碳化物液析,改善带状组织,进行了加热温度与碳化物溶解扩散之间的关系研究,确定了GCr15轴承钢比较合理的加热温度和保温时间,并将试验结果实施于现场。实际应用结果表明,在现有加热能力的条件下,将加热温度提高到1200-1280℃,保温时间在3h以上,可使碳化物带状级别控制在2级以下,碳化物液析得到消除。
In order to eliminate the carbide eliquation and improve the banded structure, the relationship of the heating temperature and solution-diffusion was researched, the appropriate temperature and holding time were determined for GCr15 bearing steel and the test results were put in practice. The actual results show that under the condition of existing capability of furnace, the temperature is enhanced to 1200 - 1280 ℃ and the holding time is keeped above 3 h, the carbide eliquation can be eliminated and banded structure can be controlled below two grade.
