摘要
针对瓦楞辊工作寿命低的问题,对瓦楞辊用50CrMo钢及其热处理工艺进行了试验,并分析了热处理后工件的硬度和显微组织。结果表明,工件经多次淬火并低温回火后可以得到"隐针马氏体",具有很高的耐磨性、较低的淬火应力和脆性。50CrMo钢瓦楞辊在870℃三次连续加热淬火为最佳的热处理工艺,可以明显提高瓦楞辊的耐磨性和工作寿命。
Based on the problem of corrugated roller working life, the study of the behavior for corrugated roller 50CrMo steel and its cyclic heat treatment process was carried out, and the hardness and microstructure of the roller were analyzed. The results show that the corrugated roller after quenching and tempering has eryptocrystalline martensite, which has a high abrasion resistanee, lower quench stress and brittleness. The selected process for the steel is three times quenching from 870 ℃, which ean improve the wear resistance and working life of corrugated roller.
