摘要
对40Mn2钢液压挖掘机履带的断裂原因进行了分析。结果认为,断裂原因是钢材原始组织中有魏氏组织和表面脱碳,淬火加热温度低,组织中有铁素体,硬度有软点,导致强度和韧性降低。
The failure reason of hydraulic excavator pedrail made of 40Mn2 steel was studied. The results show that the rapture reasons of the pedrail are the widmanstatten structure and surface decarburization existing in prior steel structure and the free ferrite in quenched structure because of the lower austenitizing temperature that results in soft spot on the part's surface at last the strength and toughness of the steel part decreased markedly.
