准分子激光角膜切削术后角膜地形图变化及对比敏感度研究

Corneal Topography and Contrast Sensitivity after Excimer Laser Photorefractive keratectomy

目的对准分子激光角膜切削术（ｐｈｏｔｏｒｅｆｒａｃｔｉｖｅｋｅｒａｔｅｃｔｏｍｙ，ＰＲＫ）术后角膜地形图进行分类并探讨不同类型的地形图中对比敏感度的变化。方法采用ＶＩＳＸ２０／２０Ｂ准分子激光治疗系统治疗１１１例近视及散光，术后以Ｅｙｅｓｙｓ角膜地形图仪及ＶＣＴＳ－６０００型对比敏感度仪进行术后１ａ的分析。结果将ＰＲＫ术后角膜地形图分为５类，不同类型的地形图其对比敏感度的变化不同。结论ＰＲＫ术后对角膜地形图的分类与分析对临床具有指导意义，可以解释一些临床难以解释的问题，ＰＲＫ术后对比敏感度可有不同程度的变化。

ObjectiveThe corneal topography after photorefractive keratectomy(PRK) was classified and the variability in contrast sensitivity in different types of topography was discussed.Methods111 cases of myopia and astigmatism were treated with VISX 20/20B laser system.A computed Eyesys corneal topography analysis system and VCTS6000 contrast sensitivity test system were employed to evaluate the results 1 a postoperatively.ResultsA new method of classifying corneal topography post PRK was established.Five types were identified.The changes in contrast sensitivity varied among different types of corneal topography.ConclusionThe analysis of corneal topography after PRK has significant guidance in clinical work.It was shown that the healing and remodeling of the cornea post PRK were associated with changes in the regularity of corneal topography.There are also some changes in contrast sensitivity after PRK.
