真菌性角膜炎的临床分级及手术方式选择

Clinical Classification and Operative Technique for Treatment of Fungal Keratitis

目的探讨真菌性角膜炎的临床分级以及不同手术方式的治疗效果。方法根据真菌性角膜炎的临床表现将其分为Ⅲ级。选择性采用４种不同手术方式给予治疗。结果９２例病人，Ⅰ级１９例，Ⅱ级４１例，Ⅲ级３２例。１次手术获临床治愈７４例，占８０．４％。２次手术成功９例，占９．８％。手术失败９例，占９．８％。结论根据真菌性角膜炎的临床分级指导临床选择不同的手术方式可有效地提高手术成功率。

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical classification and the effectiveness of different operative techniques for fungal keratitis.MethodsAccording to their symptoms,fungal keratitis was divided into three classes.Four different operative techniques were performed depending on different conditions.ResultsThere were 92 cases including class Ⅰ with 19 cases,class Ⅱ with 41 cases,and class Ⅲ with 32 cases.The success rate of the first operation was 80.4%(74 cases),and that of the second was 9.8%(9 cases).The operation failed in 8 cases(9.8%).ConclusionDifferent operative techniques were performed according to the different conditions.The clinical classification of fungal keratitis can guide the clinical treatment and enhance the successful operative rate.
