配戴软性角膜接触镜眼角膜表面形态改变

Corneal Topographic Changes after Long Term Use of Soft Contact Lenses

目的探讨长期配戴软性角膜接触镜是否可引起角膜前表面形态和屈光力改变。方法２１只软性角膜接触镜配戴超过２ａ眼用ＴｏｍｅｙＴＭＳ－２ＴＭ角膜地形图检查，获取角膜前表面形态和屈光力的统计值。结果２眼全角膜出现假性圆锥角膜图像，角膜接触镜配戴眼角膜表面规则指数和不规则散光指数增高。结论长期配戴软性角膜接触镜可引起角膜表面变平、规则性下降和不规则散光，该改变可能是导致最佳矫正视力下降的原因。

ObjectiveTo investigate whether contact lenses worn for a long time might cause changes in the shape of corneal surface and refractive powers.Methods21 eyes which had worn soft contact lenses for more than 2 a were examined with Tomey TMS2TM corneal topography and the statistical values of surface corneal shapes or refractive powers were obtained.Results2 eyes showed changes of early keratoconus.The surface regularity indexes and irregular astigmatism indexes in contact lenses wearers were higher than in normal eyes.ConclusionContact lenses might induce corneal flattening,decrease surface regularity,and increase irregular astigmatism.These changes might be the cause of the depression of best corrective visual acuity.
