摘要
目的测定豚鼠和大鼠眼房水及晶体不同部位的维生素C(vitaminC,VC)的含量。方法应用晶体分割技术将豚鼠和大鼠晶体分为赤道部、前皮质、核部和后皮质,然后用高压液相色谱测定了晶体不同部位以及房水内的VC含量。结果豚鼠和大鼠房水中的VC分别为1309.1和44.61μmol/L。晶体内以赤道部的VC含量最高,晶体核为最低,前后皮质的含量介于二者之间。结论VC在不同动物的眼房水和晶体中的含量有很大差别,在晶体不同部位的分布也明显不同。
ObjectiveTo determine the contents of vitamin C(VC) in aqueous humour and lens sections of guinea pigs and rats.MethodsBy lens section technique,the equator,anterior cortex,nucleus and posterior cortex of lenses of guinea pigs and rats were obatined.The VC levels in different lens parts and aqueous humours were measured by high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC).ResultsThe concentrations of VC in the aqueous humours of guinea pigs and rats were 1309.1 and 44.61 μmol/L,respectively.In different lens parts,there was the highest level of VC in the equator and the lowest in the nucleus.The anterior and posterior cortexs have a medium VC contents in both of the animals.ConclusionThere are variation of VC concentrations in varing parts of lens,and in the aqueous humours and the lenses of different animals.
