摘要
分子蒸馏技术作为一种新兴的分离技术,在轻工行业得到越来越广泛的应用。分子蒸馏技术与传统的分离方法有着本质的区别,可以达到其他分离技术无法达到的效果。在生物制药和医药中间体的生产以及天然产物中活性物质的提取过程中,分子蒸馏可以实现高沸点、热敏性和易氧化物质的分离。分子蒸馏在油脂工业中的应用也越来越多,特别在最近几年,作为天然活性产物的主要来源之一的油脂,越来越受到人们的重视。详细探讨了分子蒸馏的原理及影响因素,并着重讨论分子蒸馏技术在油脂行业中的应用及前景。
Molecular distillation technology is a new separate method and has been widely used in light industry. The molecular distillation technology differs from ordinary separate technology. In biotechnology pharmaceuticals, medical intermediate production and bioactive compounds separation from natural products, the molecular distillation can realize the separation of high boiling point, thermal and air sensitive compounds. Recently, the molecular distillation technology is used in oils industry. The principle and influence factors of molecular distillation were mainly described, and its applications prospect in oils industry was also summarized.
