眼眶爆裂性骨折的诊断和处理

Diagnosis and Management of Blowout Fractures of the Orbit

目的观察应用异体巩膜对１５例眼眶爆裂性骨折进行整复手术的临床效果。方法将异体巩膜充填于骨折区与骨膜之间，检查手术前后的视力、复视程度、眼球运动和眼球突出度。结果复视、眼球运动及眼球突出度均有改善，视力也有不同程度提高，无不良反应。结论异体巩膜是治疗此症简单有效的方法。

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efffects of application of allosclera in surgeryplastic of blowout fractures of the orbit in 15 eyes.MethodsThe allosclera were inserted between the fracture site and periorbit.The visual acuity,diplopia,movement of the eye and the degree of enophthalmos were examined before and after surgery.ResultsThe diplopia,movement of the eye and enophthalmos were improved in all cases after surgery,the visual acuity was also improved in some cases.No complications occurred.ConclusionThe application of allosclera in surgeryplastic of blowout fractures of the orbit is a simple and effetive method.
