猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒RT-PCR检测方法的建立及应用

Establishment and Application of RT-PCR for Detection of PRRSV

参照国内外已发表的猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)的ORF7的基因序列及其相关的RT-PCR检测方法设计一对引物,扩增目的片段为535bp。通过对RT-PCR检测方法的特异性、敏感性、重复性试验,建立了一种PRRSV的RT-PCR检测方法。该方法具有快速、敏感、特异等优点,可用于PRRSV的检测、流行病学调查等。应用此方法对临床样品进行了检测,阳性检出率达66.7%。

According to the ORF7 gene sequence of PRRSV published in abroad and home, and the interrelated detection method of RT-PCR, a couple of primers were designed, the fragment of amplification was 535 bp. A RT-PCR detective method was established by specificity, sensibility and reproducibility tests. The method has some advantages such as fast, sensitive and specific. And it was considered to be the foundation for the epidemiologic survey of PRRSV. The method was used to detect the collected clinic samples, the positive rate was 66.7%.
