摘要 目的:观察雪旺细胞源神经营养因子(Sc-NTFs)对损伤脊髓组织的作用。方法:以7.5g物体从10cm高处落下致伤大鼠T10脊髓,伤后5,30,60min在损伤局部分别注入Sc-NTFs50μl,对照组给予等量生理盐水。24h后一半动物取伤段脊髓标本测水及离子含量。另一半动物3周后行神经功能检查。结果:脊髓损伤后组织水肿,Na+、Ca2+离子浓度升高,K+、Mg2+离子浓度降低,Sc-NTFs可显著改善这些变化。Sc-NTFs使脊髓损伤后神经功能有显著改善。结论:Sc-NTFs对脊髓损伤具有保护作用,其机制可能与其减少神经细胞离子失衡、改善细胞内环境有关。 Objective: To investigate the effect of neurotrophic factors derived from Schwann cell (ScNTFs) on injured spinal cord. Methods: The injury at the level of T10 spinal cord of rats was made by dropping a weight of 7.5 g from a height 10 cm. ScNTFs was administered in injured cord at 5, 30, 60 min after trauma, and normal saline was administered in other group as control. At 24 h after treatment, half of rats in each group were sacrificed and the injured segments were resected for examination. Regional water and ions contents of rats spinal cord tissue were measured with the atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Another half of rats neurological function were examined. Results: In the injured segment there was a significant increase in water, Na+ and Ca2+, and decrease in K+ and Mg2+. Whereas in ScNTFs treatment group there was a statistically significant return. ScNTFs could improve neurological outcome after traumatic spinal cord injury in rats. Conclusion: ScNTFs play a role in protecting the injured spinal cord by decreased ions disturbance and improved internal ion environment.
