摘要 以BMS-4永磁铁氧体预烧料为原料,在加入0.8%CaCO3和0.5%SiO2纳米添加剂的基础上,再加入稀土氧化物Pr6O11,研究了Pr6O11的添加量对锶永磁铁氧体剩磁和矫顽力的影响规律及作用机理。当Pr6O11的添加量为1.8%时,在全自动辊道双推板窑烧结1 240℃烧结24 h,可以制备出Br≥410.0 mT、Hcj≥250 kA m-1(、BH)max≥33 kJ-1的铁氧体永磁材料。 permanent ferrite samples were prepared from BMS-4 pre-sintering materials doped with 0. 8 % CaCO3,0. 5% SiO2 and different proportion of rare earth oxides Pr6O11, remanence,coercive force and mechanism of permanent magnet were studied by the amount of Pr6O11. When the amount of Pr6O11 was 1.8 wt% underl 240℃ , the performance of magnetic material had a bigger enhancement which Br≥410. 0 mT, Hcj≥250 kA m^-1 ,(BH)max≥33 kJ m^-3.
