摘要
本文通过QSn6.5-0.1铸块的半连续生产的试制,通过对生产模具的设计、制作、和不断改进,在试验生产过程中对工艺参数的标定,根据实际生产情况,不断调整,研制出一套QSn6.5-0.1铸块生产的、稳定的生产工艺,并具备了正式生产能力。主要论述了QSn6.5-0.1铸块半连续生产方法和工艺研究,主要采用组合式石墨内套结晶器进行生产。并通过多次试验解决了表面裂纹和浇铸过程中的拉断现象,实现了QSn6.5-0.1小规格铸块的半连续生产。
This article mainly touched on the process of semi-continuece casting QSn6.5-0.1 bronze ingot and its theoretical study. The renovated combined graphite-lined casting mold resolved the problems of crack and fractrue caused in the process of casting. Make the process of semi - cotinuece casting QSn6.5-0.1 bronze ingot sucessful.
