摘要
随着铝工业的飞速发展,电解铝工业对现代化技术装备的需求日益迫切。而我国传统的清理电解铝用铝包的清理均采用人工清理的方法,工作条件差,工作量大,劳动强度高,工作效率低,清理周期长。中国有色(沈阳)冶金机械有限公司本着降低工人劳动强度、改善工作环境、提高生产效率的目的,特别是结合我国电解铝厂的实际情况,应用当今先进技术,设计制造出了第一台铝包清理机;铝包清理安装在电解铝厂铸锭车间,用于清除液态金属铝出铝抬包中的铝渣和沉淀物,实现铝包清理机械化;目前首台铝包清理机样机已经制造完成,正处工业试验阶段。
Along with the fast development of aluminum industry the electrolytic aluminum industry demands urgently the modernization technical equipment. But the traditional cleaning up aluminum-clad was done by hands, the working condition was bad, the workload was big, the labor intensity was high, the working efficiency was low, the cleaning up cycle was long. To reduce the worker labor intensity, to improve working conditions and to enhance production efficiency, specially according to the actual situation of the electrolysis aluminum plants in China, our company has applied the vanguard technology designing and manufacturing a first Aluminum-clad cleaning machine. The aluminum-clad cleaning machine has been installed in the aluminum ingot casting workshop, used to clean up aluminum dregs and deposits left in the aluminum-clad, which realized aluminum-clad cleaning up in mechanization; At present the first prototype of aluminum-clad cleaning machine has already been made and now placed in industrial testing stage.
