摘要
目的研究角黄素对D-半乳糖致衰老大鼠骨质的影响。方法用D-半乳糖注射Wistar雄性大鼠5个月,建立衰老模型,对青年组、模型组、角黄素组和正常老龄对照组进行骨常规参数测定及比较。结果D-半乳糖组骨密度、骨结构力学参数、生物力学参数、骨钙、镁、锰及羟脯氨酸含量均比青年组有显著降低(P<0.01),而骨磷含量、骨和血清碱性磷酸转移酶均比青年组有显著升高(P<0.01),这些变化与正常老龄对照组的变化趋势一致,并比后者变化得更显著。相比之下,角黄素组上述参数指标均比模型组呈现显著差异(P<0.01)。结论长期大量摄入D-半乳糖导致大鼠衰老,同时可能诱发其发生骨质变化,而角黄素可以预防或降低此类致老骨质变化的发生。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the influence of canthaxanthin on the D-galactose induced osseous in rats. METHODS Aging model was developed by the subcutanous injections of D-galactose for 5 months. Rats were randomly divided in four groups, including young group, model group, eanthaxanthin group and old group. The osseous routine parameters were tested and compared. RESULTS Compared with young group, the BMD, structural power parameters of bone, biological power parameters of bone, bone calcium, manganese, magnesium and the content of hydroxyproline in the model group were significantly decreased (P 〈 0. 01 ). However, the content of bone phosphorus, the activity of bone and serum ALP were significantly increased( P 〈 0. 01 ). Those changes of the model group were the same as those of the old group, but those changes in eanthaxanthin group were significantly different from those in the model group. CONCLUSION The high does of D-galaetose can cause aging and osteoporsis at the same time, but canthaxanthin alleviated D-galactose induced osseous.
