摘要
叶绿素浓度往往是植物营养胁迫、光合作用能力和植被发育阶段的良好指示剂。对不同程度铜胁迫下玉米的"红边"变化规律的研究表明:随着铜胁迫程度的不断加深,"红边"波长位置有规律地沿着波长轴不断向蓝光方向移动;叶绿素浓度与其"红边"波长位置之间有着极强的线性相关关系。在分析的基础上,建立了基于"红边"波长位置的叶绿素浓度回归模型,其复相关系数(R2)达到0.884为植被受重金属污染时开展高光谱遥感监测研究打下了坚实的基础。
The chlorophyll concentration is a good indicator of nutrition stress, photosynthetic capacity, growth of plant. The " red edge" changes of corn under different copper stress were investigated. The investigation showed that the spectral position of red edge regularly shifted to blue band with the increasing of copper - stress degree, there was strong linear correlation between the wavelength of spectral position of the " red edge" and the chlorophyll concentration foe the corn. Based on the analysis, a regression model about chlorophyll concentration and the spectral position of red edge was established, the multiple correlation coefficient ( R^2 ) of this method was found to be 0. 884. This investigation can be massive basis for the hyperspectral remote sensing monitoring and investigation of the vegetation polluted by heavy metals.
