摘要
研究了在突变和渐变两种情况下,杂色鲍对高水温、低盐度的耐受性.在水温突变试验中,杂色鲍所能忍受的最高水温为32℃;而在水温渐变试验中,杂色鲍所能忍受的最高水温为36℃,但存活时间不超过14 h.在盐度突降试验中,杂色鲍所能忍受的最低盐度为16;在盐度缓降试验中,杂色鲍所能忍受的最低盐度为14.
In this paper, we studied the tolerance of Haliotis diversicolor Reeve to high temperature or low salinity. The results showed that the upper temperature tolerance limit of H. diversicolor Reeve was 32 ℃ when the temperature was changed suddenly. When changing the temperature gradually to 36 ℃, the H. diversicolor Reeve could survive not more than 14 hours. When changing the salinity suddenly, the H. diversicolor Reeve could endure the minimal salinity 16. While changing the salinity gradually, the H. diversicolor Reeve could endure the minimal salinity 14.
