2-氯丙烷生产工艺条件的优化

摘要 以盐酸和异丙醇为原料,无水ZnCl2为催化剂加热的条件下反应合成2-氯丙烷。研究了2-氯丙烷合成的原料的配比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂的用量等对反应合成的影响因素。采用正交实验的方法对实验工艺进行优化,获得了2-氯丙烷最佳的合成工艺条件:物料配比∶n(异丙醇)∶n(盐酸)∶n(氯化锌)=(1.5∶1∶2),反应温度55℃,反应时间2h,2-氯丙烷的收率为83.5%,催化剂有较好的使用寿命。产品质量含量99%以上,水分含量0.1%以下,完全满足农药"残杀威"生产的要求。 The 2 - chloropropane was synthesized with concentrated hydrochloric acid and iso - propanol catalyzed by zinc chloride in the presence of low temperature. The influence of the 2 - Chloropropane ratio of raw material, reaction temperature, time and catalyzer dosage were studied. The optimal synthesis technics was opti mized by orthogonal test. The optimal synthesis conditions were gained as flows: n(hydrochloric acid):n(iso-propanol):n(zinc chloride〉 = 1.5:1:2, the reaction time and temperature were 2h and 55℃, The yield was 83.5%. During the procedure, the catalyst zinc chloride had a good life. and the 2 - chloropropane purity was up 99.2% (w/w) , water content was down 0.1%, It completeness meet with the producing request of the pesticide "Baygon".
