摘要
以SnCl4.5H2O为催化剂,用马来酸酐和甲醇为原料合成富马酸二甲酯。酯化反应的工艺条件:SnCl4.5H2O 1.0g,马来酸酐与甲醇物质的量比为1∶6,回流反应时间3.0h,收率达84.2%。
The dimethyl fumarate was synthesized by one -step from maleic anhydride and methanol in pres- ence of mixed catalyst composed of SnCl4·5H2O,The optimum conditions are as follow: SnCl4·5H2O 1.0 g,the molar ratio of maleic anhydrid to methanol is 1 : 6, the reaction time is 3. Oh, the yield of product is over 84.2%.
