不同产地和品种枳壳药材的毛细管电泳指纹图谱研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:采用毛细管电泳法建立枳壳的指纹图谱,并对不同产地和品种枳壳药材的指纹图谱进行比较。方法:以80 mmol.L-1硼酸-15 mmol.L-1硼砂缓冲液(用氢氧化钾调pH 9.70)为背景电解质,检测波长201 nm,运行电压16 kV,柱温23℃,压力进样2.76 kPa。结果:建立了枳壳药材的毛细管电泳指纹图谱(CEFP),测定了不同产地和品种枳壳毛细管电泳指纹图谱与共有模式间相似度。结论:该方法具有较好的重复性,可用于枳壳药材的质量控制。 Objective: To develop a high performance capillary electrophoresis method for Citrus aurantium fingerprints to control its quality. Method: The background electrolyte (BGE) was an 80mmol·L^-1 boric acid solution containing 15mmol·L^-1 bo- rate. The pH of the BGE was adjusted to 9. 70 with KOH solution. The detection wavelength was 201 nm and a voltage of 16 kV was applied. The sample hydrodynamic injection was 0.4 ps with a duration time of 8 see. C. aurantium was extracted by water and a set of capillary electrophoresis fingerprints (CEFP) containing 12 co-possessing peaks was obtained. Result: There were good similarities between the standard CEFP and each set of CEFP of C. aurantium collected from eleven different places, and their similarity coefficients were between 0.973 and 0.996. Conclusion: The CEFP has acceptable precision, reproducibility and stability and can be used for the quality control of C. aurantium.
