摘要
磁悬浮磨削主轴在结构设计、模型研究,以及控制系统研究等方面存在着许多需要深入研究的问题,试验研究是验证控制算法、提高系统性能的重要方法与必要步骤。因此,以稳定悬浮的5自由度磁悬浮磨削主轴为研究对象,对其噪声场、温度场、磁场分布等进行试验研究,并详细分析实验结果,为后续工作的进一步研究提供了实验数据和理论支持。
There exist a lot of problems that need to be deeply studied in the aspects of structural design, model research, and study of controlling system etc. for magnetic suspension grinding of main spindle. Experimental study is an important method and necessary step for validating the controlling algorithm and enhancing the performance of system. For this reason, taking the steady suspended 5 degree of freedom magnetic suspension grinding of main spindle as the object of study, an experimental study was carried out on the distributions of its noise field, temperature field and magnetic field. The experimental result was analyzed in detail, thus provided experimental data and theoretical supports for the further study of the subsequent works.
