摘要 以海龟壳体为研究对象,以Pro/E Wildfire2.0为软件平台,进行了龟壳的数据采集、数据处理、曲面重构、三维建模等方面的研究。提出了一种把Pro/SCAN-Tools模块与造型工具相结合的曲面重构新方法,基于龟壳原始数据点云重构出龟壳曲面,应用Pro/Mechanica模块提升出力学性能、结构工艺性更好的龟壳替代曲面。并应用Pro/Mechanica模块进行了龟壳替代模型与球冠壳体模型的有限元分析,分析结果表明了龟壳替代曲面具有更好的承载能力。 Taking the turtle shell as the object of study, using Pro/E Wildfire 2.0 as the software platform, a study on the aspects of data collection, data processing, curved surface reconstruction and 3D modeling etc. has been carried out. A new kind of curved surface reconstruction method that combined the Pro/SCAN -Tools module with the moulding tool was put forward. On the basis of point cloud of turtle shell original data the curved turtle shell surface was reconstructed. By applying the Pro/Mechaniea module the substitution curved turtle shell surface with better mechanics property and structural manufacturability was put forward. Utilizing the Pro/Meehaniea module, the finite element analyses on the turtle shell substitution model and the global crowned shell model were carried out. The result of analysis showed that the curved turtle shell substitution surface has better load bearing capacity.
