类赖氨酰氧化酶1和Fibulin-5与盆底功能障碍疾病 被引量:2

摘要 盆底功能障碍疾病是由于支持盆底的肌肉、筋膜、神经纤维等组织发生病变,导致盆底支持结构薄弱所致。随着健康意识的提高,对其关注也越来越多。盆底功能障碍疾病的发生与分娩损伤、子宫支持组织的疏松薄弱及长期腹压增加有关,但其发病机制迄今尚未完全明确。动物实验研究表明,类赖氨酰氧化酶1(LOXL-1)是弹性纤维发育成熟和保持内环境稳定的关键酶,Fibulin-5与LOXL-1协同以原纤维的形式分布于富含弹性蛋白的组织,能直接与原弹性蛋白结合,并将原弹性蛋白以特定的序列锚定于细胞表面,对弹性纤维的合成有促进作用。
