Review of Small General Utility Gasoline Engines in Past 60 Years

1948年我国第一台通用小型汽油机(以下简称小型汽油机)诞生,至今已60年整。60年间我国小型汽油机产业从无到有,逐步发展,2006年产量已达914.37万台。产量超过日本,仅次于美国居世界第二位。2007年产量达1200万台,技术水平接近世界先进水平。本文阐述了60年间我国小型汽油机的发展历程、产量、出口量以及用途;对比分析了七十世纪二十年代老产品与2007年国内外新产品的主要性能参数的演变趋势;提出了小型汽油机的技术发展趋势,展望、措施与建议。

The first Chinese small general utility gasoline engine, small engine in brief hereinafter, was borne in 1948 and the period of production had been accumulated to 60 years up to now. Chinese small engines industry was developed gradually in those 60 years, and reached to 9. 1437 million units in 2006. Such annual output was gained an advantage over Japan and inferior to U.S. only. The annual output of 2007 was 12 millions, technologies of such engines were being approached to advanced level of the world. This paper wants to offer expatiations on developing history, amount of output and for exports and purposes of such Chinese small engines in those 60 years. Technical trends were illustrated by means of contrasts on specifications and param- eters between small engines which produced in 1970g and ones in 2007, furthermore, differences between engines manufactured in China and overseas also were compared. New technical trend, prospects, measures and suggestions were brought forward in this paper.
