影响鼻窦内窥镜手术疗效的多因素回归分析

Multivariate regression analysis of the correlated factors on the curative effect of endoscopic sinus surgery

目的探讨影响鼻窦内窥镜手术疗效的相关因素,以改善慢性鼻窦炎手术治疗的效果。方法选取2005年1月至2008年5月1 368例采用鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者的临床资料,对影响鼻窦内窥镜手术疗效的相关因素采用统计软件进行逐步回归分析。结果逐步回归结果显示,影响手术疗效的重要因素依次是术后鼻腔鼻内镜换药、术后鼻腔局部用药;麻醉方法,病变程度,综合治疗。结论为改善慢性鼻窦炎手术治疗的效果,临床上应加强术后鼻腔鼻内镜换药,重视术后鼻腔局部用药,选择良好的麻醉方式,明确病变程度,并加强围手术期的综合治疗。

Objective To investigate the correlated factors of curative effect of endoscopic sinus surgery（ESS）. Methods Multivariate -regression analysis was used to analyze the correlated factors in 1 368 patients with ESS between January 2005 and December 2008. Results Affection extent, combined therapy, local application in nasal cavity, follow-up postoperatively were the important factors influenced the curative effect of ESS. Conclusion It needs us to enhance follow up postoperatively and combined therapy,pay attention to local application in nasal cavity postoperatively, choose nice anesthesia,identify affection extent in order to improve the curative effect of ESS in clinical.
