单纯疱疹病毒感染对大鼠脑毛细血管内皮细胞和多形核白细胞黏附力特性的影响

The effect of HSV infection on intercellular adhesion and its significance in rats

摘要 目的探讨细胞间黏附分子在单纯疱疹病毒感染中的作用。方法成年雄性Wistar大鼠20只,随机分为两组,即对照(伪手术)组,单纯疱疹病毒感染组,每组为10只大鼠。分离培养大鼠脑毛细血管内皮细胞(cerebral capillary vessel endothe-lial cell,CCEC)和多形核白细胞(polymorphism nuclear leucocyte,PMN),利用微管吸吮技术,观察各组CCEC和PMN间黏附力特性的变化。结果HSV感染后各时间点CCEC和PMN的黏附力和黏附应力均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论单纯疱疹病毒感染中存在细胞间黏附特性的变化。 Objective To explore the role of intercellular adhesion after HSV infection in rats. Methods 30 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 2 groups:control group (Shamed operative group, SOG), and herpes simplex virus infection group (HSVI) ,and each group had 15 samples. Cerebral capillary vessel endothelial cell (CCEC) and polymorphism nuclear leukocyte (PMN) in rats were separated and cultivated, and the change of character of CCEC and PMN were observed in every group by means of mi croburet suck technique. Results Compared with SOG,the adhesion force and adhesion stress of CCEC and PMN in the sample of HSVI was higher,and there was significant difference(P〈0.01) in different time point. Conclusions The change of intercellular adhesion exists in rats after HSV infection.
