震区广播电视应急移动卫星基站的搭建和运维探讨 被引量:1

摘要 应对突发特大自然灾害是广播电视技术保障的重要组成部分,特大自然灾害中心区的广播电视主要任务一是覆盖,二是广播电视新闻实时回传。在5.12汶川特大地震发生后,高裂度破坏区广播电视基础设施遭到毁灭性破坏,特别是保障广播电视新闻回传成为困难最大,挑战性最强的任务之一。本文针对震区广播电视宣传需要和回传设施的实际情况,论述了卫星直播车和移动卫星基站是最快捷、最易实现、效率最高的传输手段。通过在严重破坏区搭建卫星移动基站的实践,对基站的工程设计、设备的选型、系统的维护运行做了详细论述和探讨,寄企于不断提高广播电视宣传应对特大自然灾害的能力。 Dealing with serious natural calamities is an important part of broadcasting technical guarantee.In the Wenchuan earthquake, almost all broadcasting facilities, especially as news return networks, are damaged in serious disaster counties. To recover live broadcasting, the Microwave Transmission Center in the Gansu Head Station of Radio, Film and Television has built a moving satellite transmission platform urgently in the Wen county of the Gansu province. This satellite platform has had working time of more than 700 hours during 40 days, and finished the task of technical guarantee in the seismic region. The essay discusses the earthquake area’s real situation and the platform’s construction.
