摘要
介绍了预处理/水解酸化/好氧工艺在蜡染印花企业综合废水处理工程中的应用。预处理以硫酸亚铁作为混凝剂,水解酸化段后采用活性污泥法与生物接触氧化相结合的两级处理工艺。该工程设计处理规模为1×104m3/d,出水水质达到《山东省半岛流域水污染物综合排放标准》(DB 37/676—2007)的二级标准。
The application of pretreatment/hydrolytic acidification/aerobic process in a synthetic wax printing wastewater treatment is introduced. FeSO4 is used as coagulation agent in pretreatment process, the activated sludge process and biological contact oxidation process are jointly applied in the aerobic treatment stage. The design treatment capacity is 10 000 m^3/d. The final effluent quality reaches the second criteria specified in the Integrated Discharge Standard of Wastewater Pollutants in Shandong Peninsula Basin ( DB 37/676 - 2007 ).
