摘要
以西南某污水处理厂的Orbal氧化沟为例,采用接种培养和间歇培养相结合的方法进行调试,结果表明该方法可行。运行中控制厌氧池DO≤0.2mg/L,外沟DO〈0.5mg/L,中沟DO为0.5—1.5mg/L,内沟DO为2.0~3.0mg/L,污泥回流比为100%,MLSS为3500~4000mg/L,可以取得较好的处理效果。此外,还对运行中存在的问题进行了分析。
Taking the Orbal oxidation ditch in a wastewater treatment plant in Southwest China as an example, the commissioning was performed by combined method of seeding and intermittent culture. The results show that the combined method is feasible. Good treatment efficiency can be obtained when DO in the anaerobic tank is less than or equal to 0.2 mg/L, DO in the outer oxidation ditch is less than 0.5 mg/L, DO in the mid oxidation ditch is 0.5 to 1.5 mg/L, DO of the inner oxidation ditch is 2, 0 to 3.0 mg/L, sludge return ratio is 100% , and MLSS is 3 500 to 4 000 mg/L. Moreover, the problems existing in operation are analyzed.
