阐述了供电企业信息化经历的3个阶段,对当前供电企业在信息化第3阶段遇到的问题进行了深层的分析,指出了问题的原因在于供电企业信息化管理体系不完善,在战略管理、实施管理和运维管理等3个层面都不同程度地存在问题。最后就如何健全供电企业的信息化管理体系,确保供电企业的信息化健康发展提出了建议。

In the light of the introduction of three periods of electric power supply company informationization, specific analysis of the problems in the third period are proposed. Causes of the incompletion of electric power supply company management system are pointed out. Problems exist in strategic management, implement management, operation management and maintenance management. At last, suggestions of how to build sound electric power supply company informationization are proposed to ensure its healthy development.
