摘要
以东风汽车有限公司商用车车架厂为例,通过分析其装配线物流供给的现状,提出了同步循环供给的访法,并总结了该方法所取得的成效,最后谈了两点体会。
Taking the Lorry-rack Manufacturing Factory of Dongfeng Automobile Co. Ltd as an example, the paper analyzes the current situation of logistics supply of assembling line, proposes a method of synchronous circulated supply and summarizes the effectivehess about using the method.
