摘要
通过对某大型煤炭企业的物流系统与企业快速发展存在矛盾的现状分析,提出了信息化手段是实现煤炭企业物流系统精细化管理的必然途径,并阐述了改进的过程、方法以及实施效果。
Based on analyzing the current situation of the logistics of a certain large scaled coal enterprise, the paper proposes to realize logistics system fine management of coal enterprises by means of informationization and explains the improved process, methods and effectiveness.
