摘要
针对各种形式的突发事件对军队物资供应链的影响,在供应链管理的基础上,提出了军队物资供应链中要重视突发事件的军队物资应急采购,分析了突发事件中的军队物资应急采购特点,并给出了突发事件中军队物资应急采购策略。
Based on the influence of various breaking events in military materials supply chain and supply chain management, the paper considers that the military material emergency purchasing of breaking events should be laid stress in military material supply chain. Meanwhile, it analyzes the characteristics of the emergency purchasing and provides its purchasing strategy.
