上市公司是证券市场发展的核心，是一个地区经济发展的主力军。提高上市公司质量．优化上市公司结构对河南的经济发展具有重要的意义。河南省的上市公司已经达到了39家，对河南的经济发展起着巨大的推动作用，但是其中也存在着一些不容忽视的问题。
Listed company is the core of securities market development and main force of area economic development. Quality improving and structure optimizing of listed companies have important meaning. Listed companies in Henan promote economic development rapidly. On the other side, there are some problems we can not ignore.
