摘要
社会调研与文献分析都证明目前中小型家族企业存在接班人断层的危险。家族企业目前所处的生存环境不理想有些方面甚至比较恶劣,是家族企业主拒绝传承和家族企业子女拒绝接班的社会根源。要解决家族企业传承的断层问题,除完善家族企业的内部因素外,外部因素特别是中小型家族企业生存环境的改善与完善更加重要。
It is proved that there is a crisis of successor fault in small and middle sized family business at present time. The crisis socially roots in the bad survival situation of family business. In view of the settlement of successor fault in family business, it is necessary to improve the internal factors and especially the external factors for family business to survive.
