复合营养舔砖粗蛋白质瘤胃降解率的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了探讨复合营养舔砖用作反刍动物饲料补充料的饲用价值,我们选用4头装有永久瘤胃瘘管的公牛(丹麦红牛♂×闽南黄牛♀的杂交一代),利用尼龙袋法对复合营养舔砖粗蛋白质瘤胃降解率进行测定。结果表明,复合营养舔砖粗蛋白质瘤胃降解率,组间差异不显著(P>0.05),除2 h时间段外、组内差异极显著(P<0.01)。0、2、4、8、16、24、48 h时间段瘤胃降解率分别为(1.79±0.40)%(、9.73±2.12)%(、16.27±2.57)%、(25.96±2.30)%、(43.12±1.20)%、(59.35±0.63)%、(73.21±0.42)%,动态降解率为34.65%。 The ruminal degradabilities of crude protein of multinutrient blocks were measured by nylon bags method in 4 adult crossbred oxen fitted with permanent cannula in order to study the feeding value by using multinutrient blocks as feed additive for rumi nant animal. Results were as follows.. There were no difference in the ruminal degradabilities of crude protein of multinutrient blocks between groups (P〉0.05) but the difference in groups were significant except the rumirlal degradability of 2 h (P〈0. 01). The ruminal degradabilities of 0,2,4,8,16,24,48 h were(1. 79±0.40)%, (9.73±2.12)%, (16.27±2.57)%,(25. 96±2.30)%, (43. 12±1.20%), (59.35±0.63)%, (73. 21±0.42)%, respectively. And the effective degradability was 34.65%.
