血液透析患者乙型肝炎及丙型肝炎感染的预防和治疗 被引量：1

摘要 维持性血液透析（HD）是目前肾衰竭患者赖以生存的重要治疗手段之一。经过40余年的发展,血液透析疗法已在许多医院得到广泛普及,延长了许多尿毒症患者的生命。但是作为一种治疗手段,血液透析仍然有其自身的局限性和不足之处。特别是由于HD患者免疫功能低下，在反复进行血液透析过程中往往容易造成肝炎病毒的院内感染，致使血液透析患者中乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）和丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）的感染率远远高于普通人群，
