摘要
用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法分析了34种青海应燕麦农家品种的过氧化物酶同工酶，酯酶同工酶，结果显示，34份皮燕麦农家品种的过氧化物酶同工酶共有五条酶带，1种酶谱类型；酯酶同工酶共有13条酶带，5种谱带类型，34份品种中大多是Ⅰ型，Ⅴ型只占3％。
The isozmes of peroxidase and esterase of 34 farm breeds of Avena sative in Qinghaiwere analysed by using polyacrolamide gel electrophoesis. The results showed that therewere 5 isozyme bands of peroxidase, belonging to 1 type and there were 13 isozyme bands ofesterase. belonging to 5 types. Among of the 5 types. the first was the most. the fifth was only3% of 34 farm breeds.
