论大学生良好人际关系的形成

On the forming of good interpersonal relations of college students

人际交往是大学生社会生活的重要组成部分。从大学生认知、情感和行为三种心理因素,分析了大学生人际关系的形成,以及大学生人际关系的作用;根据大学生的心理距离需求,分析了增进大学生人际吸引力的途径;并以集体的社会性目标和共同的生活准则为前提,分析了形成大学生良好的人际关系的基本条件。

Interpersonal interaction plays an important role in the social life of college students. From the psychological elements of cognition, emotion and behavior, formation of interpersonal relationship for collage students are analyzed. Moreover,the functions of college students＇ interpersonal relationship are also indicated. According to the requirements of psychological distance, path for improving the interpersonal attractive power is analyzed. Furthermore,in the precondition of group＇ s social target and common guide- line, basic condition of establishing the good interpersonal relationship is also researched.
