我国当前宏观经济面临着能源、粮食价格快速走高,通货膨胀问题严重,人民币持续升值,出口增长下滑,股市房市下跌,经济增长趋缓等诸多问题,正进入经济发展的关键时期,需要抑制通货膨胀,帮助企业消化成本压力,保持宏观经济政策的稳定性,完善资本市场,支持股市房市的发展,合理配置资源,提高政府宏观调控能力,推进农村土地制度改革,大力发展农村经济,促进国土资源的梯度均衡开发,缩小地区经济发展差距,提高自主创新能力,建设创新型国家,积极参与国际事务,做一个对世界负责任的大国,树立中国新形象,为"中国制造"在国际市场上增加无形资产,以应对当前中国宏观经济运行风险,促进经济的稳定发展.

China＇s current macroeconomy is encountering many problems： the higher prices of energy and grain, serious inflation,the sustained appreciation of RMB, the decrease of the export growth, the decline of the stock market and housing market. So, China has experienced an economic slowdown, and is entering a critical period of economic development. To cope with China＇s current macroeconomic risks and to promote economic stability and development, we need to take the following strategic countermeasures, such as curbing inflation, helping businesses absorb cost pressures, maintaining the stability of macroeconomic policies,improving the capital market, supporting the development of the stock market and housing market, rationally allocating resources, enhancing the government＇s macroeconomic regulation and control capacity,promoting the reform of rural land system, vigorously developing rural economy, promoting the gradient and the equilibrium development of land resources, narrowing the gap between regions, improving the capability of independent innovations, building an innovation - oriented country, actively participating in international affairs, establishing a new image of China so as to be a country responsible to the world.
