Mb-Collagen薄膜电极的循环伏安响应及扫速的影响

摘要 研究了肌红蛋白(Myoglobin,Mb)固定在在胶原蛋白(Collagen)薄膜电极中的电化学行为.固定在电极上的胶原蛋白为氧化还原蛋白质与电极之间的直接电子交换提供了良好的微环境,因此,肌红蛋白在胶原蛋白薄膜电极中与PG电极之间电子传输速度加快,在-0.35 V(vs.SCE)附近出现一对良好的循环伏安峰.考察了扫速对Mb-Collagen薄膜峰电流的影响,发现在0.05~2.0 V/s的扫速范围内,其阴、阳极峰电流均与扫速成良好的线性关系,表明薄膜中Mb的电子转移是表面控制的准可逆过程. The electrochemical properties of myoglobin (Mb) in collagen m electrodes were investigat ed. Collagen provided a suitable microenvironment for redoxprotein to transfer electrons directly with the underlying electrodes, the electron transfer rate between myoglobin and PG electrodes was greatly facilitated and cyclic voltammetry of Mb-Collagen films showed a pair of well-defined and nearly reversible peaks at about -0.35 V (vs. SCE). The effect of scan rate on the peak currents of Mb-collagen films was investigated as well, showing that the reduction and oxidation peak currents increase linearly with the scan rate in the range of 0.05 to 2.0 V/s respectively. It suggests that the electron transfer of Mb in the films is a surface-controlled process.
