摘要
针对焊接CCT(Continuous Cooling Transformation)图在运用中存在的问题,运用AutoCAD和数据库软件,建立了8大系列材料的焊接CCT图形数据库(近200幅)及相关材料成分库;对于不同焊接条件,通过VB编程实现判据选择,调用CCT图进行计算,对焊接热影响区和焊缝的组织进行预测;在此基础上,对焊接组织性能和冷裂性进行预测;将运用焊接CCT图预测组织性能的过程软件化.实现焊接工艺优化.验证结果表明:该软件能够对焊后接头的组织性能准确预测,有利于焊接CCT图的推广和准确应用,具有重要的工程意义.
The welding continuous cooling transformation (CCT) diagram data base (about 200 frames) for eight series of steel and the chemical component data base for the welding material are set up with AutoCAD and database software. By calling the CCT diagram data base and choosing right criterion equations, the metallurgical structure and mechanical property of the heat-affected zone and weld metal are predicted in different welding processes. Results show that the software can optimize the welding parameters through predicting the metallurgical structure and mechanical property of weld, and is helpful for accurate application of CCT diagrams which is fundamental from the point of engineering.
