摘要
为实现住宅全寿命周期的效益最大化、质量最优化、成本最低化,将住宅作为一个有机循环的发展系统进行研究.根据住宅系统全寿命周期各个阶段的特点,构建可持续住宅的理论框架,提出其理论内涵为:功能适应性、节能环保性、技术适宜性、经济合理性、文化精神性.采用系统工程学和模糊数学综合评价的方法对其进行评价:首先建立评价指标体系、确定评定标准;其次建立评判模糊矩阵;最后得到评判结果;根据结果对原方案进行反馈,使方案进一步优化.选取实例对可持续住宅理论与评价方法进行应用研究,并对其可行性和正确性进行了验证.
The research of the housing is regarded as an organic cycling and developing system in order to realize the housing whole life cycle's maximum benefit, the optimum quality and minimum cost. The sustainable housing's theory frame is constructed according to the each stage characteristics of the housing's whole life cycle. Its theory connotation is presented as: function compatibility, energy conservation and environmental protection, technical suitability, economical rationality, and psychic culture. It is evaluated according to the system engineering and the fuzzy mathematics synthetic evaluation method. First, the appraisal target system is established and evaluation standard is determined. Next, the judg- men, fuzzy matrix is established. Finally, the judgment result is obtained. The original plan is fed back according to the result, and the plan is further optimized. The applied research of the sustainable housing theory and the assessment method is conducted by the selection example, and its feasibility and the accuracy are verified.
